How to reach our factory?
Our factory is located in Yangzhou city, Jiangsu province, China, close to Shanghai city. It takes about 30 minutes from Yangzhou International Airport to our factory by car, and about 2 hours from Shanghai by high-speed train, and we will arrange our driver to pick you up at the airport or Yangzhou East Railway Station anytime.
How about after-sales service?
We can offer 2-5 years free warranty since our products arrived at your company. We also offer spare parts or repair service to our customer anytime and anywhere, we will send our technician to your country to guide the installation on site if necessary.
What is the payment term?
You can choose the way that you prefer more convenient payment term such as T/T, L/C, Western Union etc. We can also make business by Trade Assurance on Alibaba,com so that every payment you make on Alibaba.com is secured with strict SSL encryption and PCI DSS data protection protocols.
Can you guarantee your quality?

Can I have a sample order or get a free sample?
Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Free samples are acceptable but the shipping fee needs to be negotiated in advance.
